New activity for the group starting FEBRUARY 1!!!

🌿 How Our Community Challenge Works

I want this community to be fun, informative, and actually useful, so here’s how we’re rolling each week.

Every Sunday, I’ll introduce a new challenge — simple, doable, and meant to support your health and consistency (not perfection).

MOVING TO THE FB GROUP

I did a poll a few weeks ago about where you would like to engage the most and the FB group won the prize so this challenge is moving to the group page. I will still be here on the website for more indepth informaiton guides and guidance. But the fun still will live over there. I hope you all can show up and participate in the weekly challenges.

Featured Friday

This week has been a little wild with me being on vacation, so I’m going to push this wellness challenge out one more week — yep, we’re still focusing on morning sunlight and resetting that natural internal clock we all have.


I’m also going to postpone the "Featured Friday" until next Friday so everyone has a fair chance to jump in and participate in the challenge.


Which means… 👀the participation gift is going to be even better next week.

So make sure you’re getting outside, tag me in your morning pictures, and comment on the posts so you can be entered to win the Spotlight Weekly Challenge.
