Wednesday Wellness Tip
Okay friends — for @Everyone who’s actively working with me in the weekly challenge, here’s your Wednesday Wellness Tip (and yes… I’m playing a tiny bit of catch-up since I was on vacation at the start of the week).
First — a HUGE thank you to @Bobbie Bentley for being so active in the posts last week. I see you showing up and participating, and I love it.You’re this week’s spotlight!
I’ll also share this in the FB group, and I have a small gift box for you as a thank-you. You can pick it up anytime.
Now…👉 This week’s challenge is MORNING SUNLIGHT.
Every morning, I want you to get 5–10 minutes outside.Even if the sun is hiding behind the clouds.
This is not:
running to your car and rushing to work!
This is:
slow down, step outside, walk your yard, and actually let the light hit your face.
Bonus points:
Tag me in a photo doing it and you’ll get extra entries.
Now for your Wellness Wednesday tip — and this answers what actually happends to your seritonin when you get into the sun
Here’s what really happens…
When sunlight hits your eyes and skin in the morning, your brain gets a very clear signal to increase serotonin production.
Serotonin is one of your main “feel-good” and mood-stabilizing chemicals.
It supports focus, emotional steadiness, motivation… and yes, it even helps set you up for better sleep later.
And guess what — it doesn’t take an hour!!
👉 Just 5 minutes of real outdoor light can nudge your serotonin up and help reset your internal clock.
So no… this isn’t conspiracy .This is straight-up nervous system support.

Thank you Nikki!
