@Everyone I want you to think about this for a second…🤔

Your gut lining replaces itself about every few days.That means what you eat this week is literally helping rebuild part of your body.


Leafy greens matter because they feed the bacteria in your gut that:

– help you absorb nutrients

– help regulate inflammation

– and even help your brain and mood stay more balanced


When you skip vegetables, those good microbes starve.When you feed them leafy greens, they produce compounds that protect your gut wall and help keep digestion steady.


Now here’s the hydration piece most people don’t realize…

Your fiber cannot do its job without water.


Greens are full of fiber.

Water is what allows that fiber to:

– move waste out

– prevent sluggish digestion

– and keep toxins from hanging around too long


No water = fiber turns into slow moving traffic.🛑

Water + greens = you have moved into the fast lane and thing start moving.🏎️


Also… leafy greens are naturally high in water themselves.So when you eat more greens, you’re quietly hydrating your body from the inside while feeding your gut at the same time.


This week’s challenge isn’t “eat a salad to be good.”It’s:

👉 support your energy

👉 and make digestion easier instead of harder
