Sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm (hello better sleep 😴), fresh air supports your nervous system, and yes — even the cold weather has benefits. Cooler temps can boost circulation, sharpen focus, and gently challenge your body in a really healthy way. You don’t need a hike, a workout, or perfect weather. Just step outside. Breathe. Let your eyes see natural light.
